FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSCould you deliver to my work address? Absolutely. During checkout you are given the opportunity to specify a billing address and a delivery address. If you're having your order delivered to your work address please try to include as much relevant delivery information as possible; for example, include the building name or the name of the department in which you work. This will help to ensure your parcel reaches you in good time. Are there any areas that you can't deliver to? We deliver to the whole of mainland UK, and Northen Ireland. Presently we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Jersey or Guernsey. And, at this time we are not able to ship internationally. (more delivery information) Can I have my order delivered at the weekend? At this time we are not able to arrange weekend deliveries. What is your returns policy? Unopened products (with the seal intact) may be returned up to seven days from the date of receipt. Where the return is due to an error on our part a full refund (or exchange) will be issued. All other returns will be subject to a restocking fee to cover the postage costs incurred. What do I do if my product arrives damaged? Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if your product arrives damaged, remember to include your order number in your communication. If the box is visibly damaged upon receipt please ask the courier to acknowledge this in their delivery manifest. How do I track my order? When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will automatically be sent an email containing tracking information*.
